This is just off the top of my head the current masters of the trade (as far as a T2 would go). So if you have materials please mail them to the following.

Mail to: [glow=red,2,300]Enigmafirst[/glow]
City materials:
Basalt, oak, gold, duskmetal
Lower lvl's (if you can't harvest the necessary materials):
Granite, Yew, Electrum

Flawless gems strictly.
Anything else can be sent to whomever is running the gem quests.

All leathers
Materials: all rares and any harvesting materials not listed above for enigmafirst.

All cut gems
